Nutrition is about fueling your body. Like gas for a car. But we have created a society that uses food for comfort and community. Sleep

Good sleep is critical to your overall health and wellness. Sleep apnea and sleep disturbances affect overall health. Check out the latest studies on how to improve sleep and get suggestions for falling asleep, staying asleep and tracking your sleep. Better sleep is achievable and you deserve it.

Activity

Our bodies need to move. Too many of us get caught up in feeling too out of shape to “really work out”. Ideally, you want some strength training and some cardio but honestly, studies say walking 20 mins a day can significantly improve your overall health. So, turn up the music and move! Need some accountability, yes, we can do that too.

Stress

The reality is that we have stress every day. But there is a difference between “good” and “chronic” stress. Caring for loved ones can create chronic stress. See the latest research on managing excessive or “chronic” stress because this is the stress that destroys our health and wellness. You may be surprised by how little time it takes to keep excess stress to a minimum.
