#stress Caregiver stress is a real concern especially during the holidays. First, if you are caring for a loved one – Thank You! It is hard work. Maybe you are an excellent caregiver and for the very best reasons but it’s still hard and it still can take a toll. Please find a way to receive the gift of time and space for yourself this week. Ask a friend, neighbor or family member to “cover” for you, rest for a few minutes if the one you care for naps, savor 5-10 minutes alone in the morning to read, meditate or pray.
