1. T – Yes, Drinking water throughout the day is critical for good health. Not any fluids, not coffee, tea, juices, or soda (diet or otherwise) but WATER, Non-caffeinated, non-sweetened drinks are a nice addition to water throughout the day but, water is the gold standard for hydration and kidney function. If you have caffeinated drinks and/or soda, juice or “other” drinks through the day, just also make sure you still get your water in!
