#activity For much of the country, snow is not done. Have you tried snowshoeing or cross country skiing? Both burn between 400 and 600 calories an hour. Snowshoeing, if you use poles, can be a great, fairly inexpensive, full body workout. Think of hiking with just a little extra practice needed for turning.
