#activity Sometimes perspective is critical. Today’s reminder is to anyone who has broken a bone, torn a ligament, undergone surgery or has otherwise been “sidelined” for any length of time. We only consider our ability to walk, stretch, lift, and participate in life a chore when we can do it without restriction. The minute someone tells you you “can’t” do something you want – well, all of a sudden we long to do exactly that. Let’s start appreciating what a privilege it is to have a body that can still be active!
