#activity Research has shown that it’s important to get all four types of exercise: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. So last, but certainly not least – Flexibility. What does flexibility mean to you? Can you touch your toes? Can you see them? Flexibility is what makes it easier to tie your shoes, back out of your driveway (without a back up camera), fasten your bra or grab a heavy plate from an upper cabinet. Flexibility decreases pain and increases your overall sense of wellness. Being able to move, without stiffness or pain, is proven to also benefit mood. How can you improve your flexibility?
