I still do night shifts at the hospital and so I track my sleep carefully. The interesting thing about the “dolphin” style of sleeping is that I have a number of items or things I need to get to sleep. They call it “half wired, half tired” . I’m a little quirky when looking to get good sleep (for me it’s my eye mask and sound machine or fan). They liken it to a “dolphin” because dolphins sleep with half their brains awake. Interesting!
