#stress Here is a great option for stress relief in 7 steps;
1 – Find a quiet place to sit/lie down – breath normally.
2 – Tense your muscles for 3-5 secs then release – one area at a time
3 – Start with your face, eyes, jaw
4 – Move to shoulders – shrug up then release down, do arms, fists, release
5 – One at a time do abs, back, glutes, thighs legs and feet
6 – Focus only on the group of muscles you are tightening and relaxing at the time
7 – Feel the physical tension leaving your body.
