#nutrition Today was a travel day for me. How many people travel by air or train from one state to another for work? How about international travel? Truth is business travel is picking up again. So what does this have to do with nutrition? Switching times zones, delayed flights, early am takeoffs or the dreaded “red eye” flight home messes with our circadian rhythm is off. That often means we are prone to use alcohol, comfort foods and sugar to feel better. But, instead, it makes you more vulnerable to illness following your trip.
