#sleep Stanford University has bee studying ultra short light therapy to “shift” the time you feel sleepy. They did find that the subjects needed to be motivated to change their sleep habits to promote better health. “This ultrashort light flash therapy can be used by anyone who may want to shift their sleep schedule; for example, to rebound from jet lag or to cope with a consistent graveyard shift at work.”
