#activity Tonight is “Fall Back” for those within the time zones that are part of daylight savings. On the one hand, an extra hour of sleep – yeah! On the other hand – “Researchers found an increase in cluster headaches (sudden and debilitating headaches) after the fall time change.” – not so good. Our bodies actually tolerate the “fall back” better than the “spring ahead” but still, there are documented health negatives to the practice of daylight savings. So, seize the day, get your walk in and, if you’re prone to headaches, watch out for your triggers!
