Can’t Sleep? Check What’s on Your Plate

#sleep Trouble sleeping? Here are some foods that actually promote a good night’s sleep. Maybe it’s time to transform tonight’s dinner choices. Complex carbs (whole grain bread, pasta, brown rice) in moderation/proper serving sizes, lean proteins, healthy fats in moderation/proper serving size, foods rich in magnesium (spinach, nuts, seeds, avocados and black beans), fresh herbs such as basil and sage, warm milk or herbal teas.
