Destress with Food

Believe it or not foods can be helpful to de stress you (and not even add inches to your waist). Next time the world seems to be closing in just a bit – try one of these in moderation of course!
1. herbal tea – lavender or chamomile
2. dark chocolate
3. whole grain toast
4. avocado
5. fish (not fried – sorry)
6. warm milk
7. nuts
8. citrus and strawberries
9. probiotics (yogurt)
10. foods high in fiber (kale, broccoli, beans)
