#Sleep #sleeptips Is it good to eat before bed? Simple answer – NO. Your body has a lot of things to do while you sleep, digestion should not be added to the list. A good rule of thumb is to stop eating 3 hours before bed (snacking, grazing, whatever you like to call it). This includes caffeinated drinks and alcohol. But what if you’re really kind of hungry and you know you’re going to need something to tide you over till morning? Try a greek yogurt, vegetables (raw or steamed), an apple with a little peanut butter or a little fruit and a piece of dark chocolate. Let me know if you generally follow this rule or ignore it just about every night.
