Keto Blueberry Muffins with 6 Ingredients | Low Carb

#nutrition Are you a Keto person? More protein, limited carbs? Here’s another blueberry muffin recipe that uses almond flour and a little “keto” maple syrup. One substitute could be sugar free maple syrup but if you substitute with the “real stuff” from Vermont know the sugar content and calorie count will be higher! (cal 166, fat 15gms, carbs 5g)
