#nutrition Weekends – Summer weekends even! How do you do nutrition on weekends? Do you just “party on” and throw away and good eating habits you followed all week? How about trying an 80/20 approach. 80% of the weekend you stick to your “normal weekday” intake but, for 20% of the weekend you give yourself permission to indulge.
