#stress So where are you on the curve? What color are you today? Are you ever in the yellow zone? It’s funny because green seems to be where we all want to be – laid back, chill, relaxed. But, it’s the yellow zone that is actually optimum. We need a little stress and yes, when we use that stress to perform we have anticipated and earned fatigue. What if we allowed the fatigue and then allowed our bodies needed rest to place us back “in the green” ready for the next needed burst of performance? I have been spending the week all over this curve but I’m working on holding in the yellow. Let me know how you’re doing this week!
