#stress What’s your List? Do you monitor your stress level? A great way to minimize stress is to have a list of activities you can engage in to relax for a few minutes. Taking a walk, doing a few minutes of yoga, reading a few pages of a book, turning on some music while you clear off a bed or a table, or watching a favorite TV show or movie. The idea is to have the list somewhere visible. If the world is getting overwhelming, look to the list – disengage for a few minutes while relaxing. Music is a big one for me and also cleaning my kitchen counters. It may sound odd but having the counters cleared and clean, makes me feel more in control. So what’s on your list?
