#activity Why are individuals reluctant to be active? This is such a huge part of why, as a population, we are less fit than our parent’s at our age (whatever age you are). Lack of time? Do you feel so unfit you figure “why bother”? Mental health, depression, low motivation? Maybe you just dont see the point, although that’s pretty hard to believe if you’re on social media. Whatever it is, we are honestly killing ourselves with our inactivity. Can you bike/walk to run an errand? Can we make moving part of our everyday with simple changes? Standing desks for example, phone calls via bluetooth headphones while walking or maybe doing our own yardwork instead of hiring a landscaper. Share what makes moving a chore rather than something you look forward to.
