This issue isn’t that we don’t “know” what we need, the issue is often we don’t have (or don’t create) the time we need to choose health over – sports, media, money, social commitments with little meaning, or whatever is your conflict. McDonalds is easier than packing ahead and planning for a “crazy day stuck in the car”. But our kids, family and friends are counting on us being around for many years. That only happens if we minimize the stress and maximize the nutrition!
