#stress What food can help reduce stress? Sadly, no research supports cookies although I’m pretty sure a smiling gingerbread person this time of year does it for me. But, really, studies suggest if you want to try to manage stress from an eating perspective – beans, lentils and nuts. Or high fiber veggies. or fermented foods because of how they help with gut health kombucha, yogurt, and sauerkraut. Foods with flavanols can also help – cacao, dark chocolate, apples grapes and berries. Maybe this is one way you can support lowering your stress this week!
