What is Fight, Flight, or Freeze?#Stress
We have 3 choices when we perceive a threat – fight, flight or freeze. You fight the threat or you flight from the situation or you freeze and stay in place. What’s your first reaction? How we react to stress is based on our DNA, temperament and what we experienced growing us.
